Harley Davidson Gold Rand brings to South Africa the heritage that is freedom-loving and adventure-seeking from the iconic Values of the Harley Davidson Brand.
Gold Rand Harley-Davidson dealership opened in 2010 at 38 North Rand Road, Hughes, Boksburg on the East Rand in Gauteng. After the closure of the original Gold Rand Harley-Davidson dealership in early 2013, AMH (Associated Motor Holdings) took over the assets and re-opened the dealership, keeping the Gold Rand name. The reinvented Gold Rand Harley-Davidson store was opened on 12 August 2013. We began trading with existing spares & accessories plus a few new and used Harley motorcycles. The first couple of months we prioritized our focus on notifying customers that we intend taking the dealership to new heights, with better stock holding in motorcycles, accessories, Harley merchandise and more personal customer experience.
Having Cape Town Harley-Davidson as our fellow dealership in the group, we have a wide variety of motorcycles, offering customers a range of colours and models to choose from. Altogether the Safy group of Harley stores holds over 160 new Harley motorcycles and around 70 used Harley motorcycles. The in-store merchandise is of world-class quality and true to the Harley Davidson style. Due to our large stockholding between the 2 dealerships, when it comes to accessories, parts, and merchandise we are able to provide a more efficient service.

Gold Rand Harley-Davidson employs a group of dedicated staff who are willing to walk the extra mile for our customers. The sales team consists of Clint Swart, Richard Moagi and Paul DuPlessis (Sales Manager); Parts & Accessories by Jan De Wet and Danny Matloga, and Workshop by Amanda Scott (Workshop Manager) and merchandise by Jessica Badenhorst (Merchandise manager). The state-of-the-art workshop is equipped with 3 fully qualified Technicians. We believe in offering more than just a new biking experience!
